1. Returns
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
The item must not be damaged or altered in any way.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty.
2. Exchanges
If you’d prefer to exchange your jewelry for a different style, size, or color, you can do so within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is in original, unused, and undamaged condition.
3. How to Return or Exchange
To process any return or exchange requests ,a complete unboxing video without any cuts or pauses is required. The video must clearly show the following:
Unboxing Process: Start from the very beginning of opening the package, ensuring that the entire packing process is visible.
Packaging and Shipping Label: The video must clearly show the product’s packaging and shipping label for verification.
Condition of the Item: Ensure that the item’s condition is clearly visible in the video.
Please note that without a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video as outlined above, we will not be able to process your return or exchange request.

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, along with the proper unboxing video and the reason for the return or exchange.
Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or an error was made on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
Customized or personalized items
Earrings (for hygiene reasons, except in the case of defects)
Sale or clearance items
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement.
8. International Returns & Exchanges
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Customs duties and taxes are also non-refundable.
